We warrant our machines to be free of manufacturing defects.

Any parts that are repaired or replaced under the terms of this agreement will be warranted for the remainder of the term of the original warranty. Pilates Passion Ltd retains the right to either repair, replace or refund the price of any defective components covered under this warranty.

This warranty becomes effective on the invoice date of the original purchase and extends to the time limits indicated below:

The following products carry a 10 year warranty on the frame structural components:

Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrels, all other Barrels, Wunda Chairs.

All springs and other mechanical components of the above items are warranted for 2 years.

The "Pilates Fitness Chair" has a 12 month warranty on the frame and a 6 month warranty on its springs 

Upholstered parts, ropes, straps, and loops are warranted for 90 days.

Circles are also warranted for 90 days.

This warranty refers to Pilates Passion products and covers materials only. It remains in effect only under the following conditions:

1. Defects are not the result of normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, misuse, unauthorized repair or improper service, or exposure to harsh elements (natural or synthetic).

2. The machine is not modified in any way.

3. The machine is only used as specified in the manual and in accordance with generally accepted Pilates exercise practices.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of this equipment and is not transferable. All claims must be made within the relevant warranty period specified above.
