If you have already logged-in, you will not see this screen.

If you have registered previously (and you aren't currently logged-in), click the "Login" button.

If you haven't registered before, click the "Register & Continue" button

Once logged-in, you will see this page... click the "continue" button

Make any adjustments to the items in the cart if you wish... IE: delete an item or increase/decrease the quantiy you wish to order.

Click the "Update Basket" button if you change anything in the cart.

Then click the "continue" button.

This next screen shows the calculated shipping cost and adds that to the order total.

Click the "continue" button.

If you wish to pay with your credit card, ensure that the "for secure on-line Credit Card payments" radio button is checked.

Otherwise, you have the option to use our postal order form option. If you select this option you will be presented with a printable form. This form allows you to complete your details and send the form with your cheque back to us. Alternatively, our bank details are included on the form so that you can complete payment via internet banking.

Click the "continue" button.

If you choose the credit card option from the previous screen, you will see the screen on the right...

Your browser will automatically redirect to the "Paymate" website.

Check the payment amount is correct.

Make sure that the "one-off payment" radio button is selected

 
 Then click the "Submit Payment" button.

Once you have submitted your payment details, the webpage will process your payment. this can take a few moments. Please be patient while this occurs.

Once the Paymate website has completed the transaction, your web browser will be re-directed back to our website, and the transaction will be complete.

You will recieve a confirmation email of your order from Paymate within a few minutes. this email contains a summary of your order and an order number. Please keep this information safe and use the order number in any correspondence with us here at Pilates Passion Ltd.

We will dispatch your order upon successful payment immediately.
